At Absolute Contract Flooring, we provide a very high quality of service from start to finish. With any job undertaken, we make sure all of the right preparation's have been made before we start any job. We make sure the floor conditions are correct for the materials that are being installed. All flooring will be fitted to a very high standard as our staff are fully qualified Floor layers.

Preparation

Self Leveling Sub Floor Installation

It is a pre-requisite that a level sub-floor is installed on the majority of projects for refurbishment and new build, especially prior to installation of vinyl or hard floor finishes .
We have the ability to provide a range of systems to suit most eventualities.
We have the facilities to pump in screeds or where this is not practical or economical our skilled operatives will hand trowel the required system.
In most situations we will complete a site survey and prescribe the most suitable and economical sub-floor system for that environment.

Existing Sub Floors

A relative humidity test will often be required prior to commencement of a project to ensure that British standards are met with regards to the moisture within the sub-floor
We can implement a system which we will guarantee to comply with a sub floor should the need for a damp proof membrane be required.
